I can't log in to my account, what should I do?

If you are unable to log in to your Zuperior dashboard or trading terminal, follow these steps in order:

Step 1: Check your internet connection.

  • Make sure you have a stable internet connection. Try loading another website to confirm.

Step 2: Check your login details.

  • Ensure you are using the correct registered email address.
  • Check that Caps Lock is not on when entering your password.
  • Make sure you are logging in at the correct URL: dashboard.zuperior.com.

Step 3: Clear cache and refresh.

  • Clear your browser cache and cookies.
  • Refresh the page and try again.
  • Try a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge) or a different device.

Step 4: Reset your password.

  • Click Forgot Password? on the login page.
  • Enter your registered email address.
  • Check your inbox for a password reset link.
  • Follow the link to set a new password.
  • Check your spam/junk folder if the email does not arrive within a few minutes.

Step 5: Check your 2FA.

If you have Two-Factor Authentication enabled, check your registered email for the verification code. The code may take a few minutes to arrive.
