My account is locked or suspended, what should I do?
Account locks or suspensions may occur for the following reasons:
- Multiple failed login attempts.
- Suspicious activity detected on the account.
- Violation of Zuperior's Terms & Conditions.
- Compliance or AML investigation.
- Outstanding verification requirements.
What to do:
- Do not attempt to create a new account. Contact the Zuperior support team directly:

- Email: support@zuperior.com.
Provide your registered email address and explain the situation. The support team will investigate and advise you on next steps.
Note: If your account has been suspended due to a Terms & Conditions violation, Zuperior's decision is final and binding as per the Terms & Conditions.
