I am experiencing platform errors or crashes, what should I do?

For the Zuperior Web Terminal:

  • Refresh the page (F5 or Ctrl+R)
  • Clear your browser cache and cookies.
  • Try a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge)
  • Disable browser extensions that may interfere with the platform.
  • Check your internet connection.
  • Try accessing from a different device or network.

For MetaTrader 5 (MT5):

  • Close and reopen MT5.
  • Check your internet connection.
  • Verify you are connected to ZuperiorFX-Server.
  • Update MT5 to the latest version.
  • Reinstall MT5 if the issue persists.

If the issue persists:

  • Contact support via Live Chat or email support@zuperior.com with:
  • Description of the error or crash.
  • Browser/device/OS you are using.
  • Screenshot of any error message if available.
  • Time and date the issue occurred.
