I am experiencing platform errors or crashes, what should I do?
For the Zuperior Web Terminal:
- Refresh the page (F5 or Ctrl+R)
- Clear your browser cache and cookies.
- Try a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge)
- Disable browser extensions that may interfere with the platform.
- Check your internet connection.
- Try accessing from a different device or network.
For MetaTrader 5 (MT5):
- Close and reopen MT5.
- Check your internet connection.
- Verify you are connected to ZuperiorFX-Server.
- Update MT5 to the latest version.
- Reinstall MT5 if the issue persists.
If the issue persists:
- Contact support via Live Chat or email support@zuperior.com with:
- Description of the error or crash.
- Browser/device/OS you are using.
- Screenshot of any error message if available.
- Time and date the issue occurred.
