There are missing funds or a balance discrepancy, what should I do?
If your account balance does not reflect what you expect:
- Step 1, Check your transaction history: Go to Transactions in the left sidebar of your dashboard. Verify that all deposits and withdrawals are correctly recorded.
- Step 2, Check your trade history: Go to the Closed tab in the trading terminal. Confirm that all closed trades and their P/L match your expected balance.
- Step 3, Check open positions: Funds used as margin for open positions are not available in your free balance. Check your Margin and Used Margin at the bottom of the terminal.
- Step 4, Account for fees and swaps: Spreads, swap charges, and overnight financing fees are deducted from your balance. These are visible in your trade history.
- Step 5, Contact support: If you still cannot account for the discrepancy after checking the above, contact support immediately:

Provide:
- Your registered email address.
- The amount in question.
- The date the discrepancy occurred.
- Any relevant transaction reference numbers.
