I did not receive an OTP or email verification code, what should I do?

If you are not receiving emails from Zuperior (verification codes, reset links, notifications):

  • Check your spam or junk folder, Zuperior emails may be filtered automatically.
  • Add support@zuperior.com to your email contacts/whitelist to prevent future filtering.
  • Wait a few minutes, email delivery can sometimes be delayed by a few minutes.
  • Make sure you are checking the correct email inbox, use the email address registered with Zuperior.
  • Try requesting the code again if the option is available.
  • Still not receiving emails?

Contact support via Live Chat inside the dashboard or email support@zuperior.com with your registered email address. The support team can verify your email and assist with resending.
