I can't see my open positions, what should I do?

  • Check that you are looking at the Open tab in the bottom panel of the terminal.
  • Make sure you are logged in to the correct trading account (if you have multiple accounts).
  • Refresh the terminal or log out and log back in.
  • Check your internet connection. A disconnection may temporarily prevent positions from displaying.
  • If positions are still not showing after reconnecting, contact support immediately at support@zuperior.com.

Note: If you see "Connected" in green at the top right of the terminal, your platform is live and synced with the server. If it shows "Disconnected", your session has been interrupted. Refresh the page to reconnect.
