My trade is not executing, what should I check?

If your trade is not going through, check the following:

  • Internet connection: A slow or unstable connection can prevent orders from reaching the server. Check your connection and try again.

  • Market hours: The instrument you are trying to trade may be outside its trading hours. Check the trading hours for your instrument in the Trading Hours section of this help center.

  • Insufficient margin: You may not have enough free margin to open the position at the requested lot size. Check your Free Margin at the bottom of the terminal. Reduce your lot size or deposit additional funds.

  • Maximum lot size exceeded: Each instrument has a maximum lot size per order. If your order exceeds the limit, it will be rejected. Reduce your lot size to within the allowed maximum.

  • Platform issue: Refresh the terminal or log out and log back in. If using MT5, close and reopen the platform. Still not executing? Contact support via Live Chat inside the dashboard or email support@zuperior.com with:

  • The instrument you were trying to trade.

  • The lot size and order type.

  • The time of the attempted order.

  • Any error message shown.
