We perform routine maintenance to ensure platform stability and security. The standard maintenance window occurs every Sunday at 21:00 UTC. During this time the terminal may be temporarily unavailable or show limited functionality.

What to expect:

  • Brief disconnection from the trading server
  • Inability to place new orders during the maintenance window
  • Charts may fail to load or show stale data

How to stay informed:

  • Check the Announcements section in the CRM dashboard
  • Monitor the status page on our website
  • We send email notifications 24 hours before major updates
