We perform routine maintenance to ensure platform stability and security. The standard maintenance window occurs every Sunday at 21:00 UTC. During this time the terminal may be temporarily unavailable or show limited functionality.
What to expect:
- Brief disconnection from the trading server
- Inability to place new orders during the maintenance window
- Charts may fail to load or show stale data

- Check the Announcements section in the CRM dashboard
- Monitor the status page on our website
- We send email notifications 24 hours before major updates
