Unplanned platform outage troubleshooting

If you experience an unexpected outage follow these steps:

  1. Check your internet connection: Ensure your device is connected to the internet.
  2. Verify the status page: Check the official status page for known outages or incidents.
  3. Wait 5 minutes: Many brief disruptions resolve automatically as the system recovers.
  4. Clear your browser cache: If using the web terminal clear cache and cookies then reload the page.
  5. Switch devices: Try accessing the platform from a different device or network.

If the outage persists for more than 15 minutes or affects your ability to manage funds open a support ticket immediately. Do not attempt to deposit or withdraw during an active outage.
