Unplanned platform outage troubleshooting
If you experience an unexpected outage follow these steps:
- Check your internet connection: Ensure your device is connected to the internet.
- Verify the status page: Check the official status page for known outages or incidents.
- Wait 5 minutes: Many brief disruptions resolve automatically as the system recovers.
- Clear your browser cache: If using the web terminal clear cache and cookies then reload the page.
- Switch devices: Try accessing the platform from a different device or network.
If the outage persists for more than 15 minutes or affects your ability to manage funds open a support ticket immediately. Do not attempt to deposit or withdraw during an active outage.
