Not receiving the 2FA code?

  • Check your spam/junk folder.
  • Wait a few minutes for delivery.
  • Request the code again.
  • Ensure you are checking the correct email inbox.

Accidentally enabled 2FA and locked out?

Contact support@zuperior.com with your registered email address and identity verification. The support team will assist with disabling 2FA after verifying your identity.

Want to disable 2FA:

  • Log in to your dashboard.
  • Go to Settings → Profile Settings → Security tab.
  • Toggle the Email-based 2FA switch to OFF.
