I have a 2FA issue, what should I do?
Not receiving the 2FA code?
- Check your spam/junk folder.
- Wait a few minutes for delivery.
- Request the code again.
- Ensure you are checking the correct email inbox.
Accidentally enabled 2FA and locked out?
Contact support@zuperior.com with your registered email address and identity verification. The support team will assist with disabling 2FA after verifying your identity.
Want to disable 2FA:
- Log in to your dashboard.
- Go to Settings → Profile Settings → Security tab.
- Toggle the Email-based 2FA switch to OFF.
