I think my account has been compromised, what should I do?
If you suspect unauthorized access to your Zuperior account:
Act immediately:
- Change your password immediately via Settings → Profile Settings → Security → Change Password.
- Enable 2FA if not already active: Settings → Profile Settings → Security → Two-Factor Authentication.
- Contact Zuperior support immediately via Live Chat or support@zuperior.com.
- Request a temporary account freeze if you suspect active unauthorized trading.
What to tell support:
- Your registered email address.
- When you noticed the suspicious activity.
- Any unrecognized transactions or trades.
- Your current location and device details.
Preventive measures:
- Never share your password or 2FA codes with anyone.
- Do not use the same password across multiple platforms.
- Enable 2FA at all times.
- Only access Zuperior from trusted devices and networks.
- Zuperior will never ask for your password via email, phone, or chat.
