I think my account has been compromised, what should I do?

If you suspect unauthorized access to your Zuperior account:

Act immediately:

  • Change your password immediately via Settings → Profile Settings → Security → Change Password.
  • Enable 2FA if not already active: Settings → Profile Settings → Security → Two-Factor Authentication.
  • Contact Zuperior support immediately via Live Chat or support@zuperior.com.
  • Request a temporary account freeze if you suspect active unauthorized trading.

What to tell support:

  • Your registered email address.
  • When you noticed the suspicious activity.
  • Any unrecognized transactions or trades.
  • Your current location and device details.

Preventive measures:

  • Never share your password or 2FA codes with anyone.
  • Do not use the same password across multiple platforms.
  • Enable 2FA at all times.
  • Only access Zuperior from trusted devices and networks.
  • Zuperior will never ask for your password via email, phone, or chat.
